Our Story
Henley Enterprises is proud to be the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, operating as a national leader in the quick lube industry. Headquartered in the Boston area, we consistently rank among the top performers in the Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchise system. Our commitment to growth, innovation, and exceptional service drives us as we expand and continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Our journey began in 1989 with the opening of our first franchised Valvoline Instant Oil Change location in Somerville, MA. Today, Henley Enterprises spans 9 states, with over 265 locations and a dedicated team of more than 3,000 associates. Our consistent growth was further solidified in 2012 when we acquired 72 Southern California locations in the largest single acquisition in the history of the quick lube industry.
Our Commitment to Giving Back
American Cancer Society
At Henley Enterprises, we believe in making a positive impact beyond our business. Since 2010, we have proudly partnered with the American Cancer Society, raising an incredible $902,000 to support cancer research, education, and patient services. Our commitment to this cause is a testament to the values we hold as a company: compassion, community, and giving back.
Jimmy Fund
In addition, since 2014, we’ve supported the Jimmy Fund, raising $494,000 to help fund cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Through our dedicated team and loyal customers, we continue to make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer, helping to bring hope to families and individuals in need.
